Returns

Damaged Goods

We are very thorough in checking all our items before they are dispatched, however, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please notify us immediately at info@baruni.co.uk

UAE

If you are within the UAE , returns are free. Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address in the UAE by contacting info@baruni.co

Outside UAE

If you ordered and received your garment outside of the UAE, you must arrange your own return and bear the cost unless the item is faulty or damaged. In the event the item is faulty or damaged please email us so we can assist you in arranging the return.

Refunds

We have a 15 day full refund policy, refunded amount will be paid against the original payment card.

Returned goods must be received by Baruni within 15 days

In order to qualify for refund or full store credit, all items must be returned to us within 15 days of Order receipt with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original receipt.

 

Discounted Items

Garments which are discounted cannot be refunded and we only provide customer credit to buyers for returns of discounted items.

On ordering an item from the Baruni website, the above text is considered part of our terms and conditions.
